Dear Eric Anderson,

I just wanted to share this with you. Many people have also verbally told me the same thing. So, I just wanted to say thanks! You are helping make a BIG difference at Carnahan! Attendance has improved from an average of 5% of the students absent daily to now we are averaging about 2% average daily absent. Our discipline referrals have be reduced by about 60%.

I just want to thank you for bringing Eric Anderson and his presentation on Winning by Design here to us.  In all of my years of attending meetings, conferences and in services this was by far the best and most beneficial.  Not only did I really get to know the people in the room with me, I began to see my husband in a new light and saw things that I need to change.  I can't wait to start building those bridges and help to make a connection with every student I work with regardless of whether they are "BMC" or not.  I appreciate the time and effort it took (not to mention funds) to bring us something that will truly make a difference in the lives of our kids.
Have a Great weekend!

It is my sincere pleasure to write a letter of reference for Eric Anderson.  It is not often that one can write about someone the caliber of Eric Anderson .  I first met Eric Anderson  about five years ago in San Antonio.TX while attending the National  Association  of Elementary  Principals'  Convention.  I  was serving  as Elementary  Principal  of  Cadott  Public  Schools and  President elect of  the  Northwestern Wisconsin  Education Association  in Wisconsin . My very first conversation  told me that  I was speaking with  a very confident. caring young  man . Over the  next  several  years. I  learned  that that was not  all the  positive  characteristics  that  Eric Anderson  has to  offer.  Eric Anderson spent several hours on the campus of my school.  He presented to my staff as well as the staff of the Cadott High School. the Northwestern Wisconsin Education Association's annual convention a University of Wisconsin-Superior educational administration class and a workshop for Elementary School Principals in CESA 8 at Chippewa Falls. Wisconsin.  Each of those presentations were enthusiastically received because Eric uses his educational experiences to validate his knowledge that is detailed and research based.  Eric is relational with his audience and approaches his children first ideas in a sincere and insightful manner that he truly believes.  Eric's presentations are memorable  because he is energetic, exciting and dynamic.  He draws his audience in to his belief system and then delivers the tools that one can use immediately with whomever one comes in contact with. I would call that a life changing experience.  It changed my life as well as the total atmosphere on my campus.

Eric Anderson  is goal-oriented.  He  is knowledgeable  that  schools  must achieve thus it is his goal to  do whatever it takes to do his part in helping  schools achieve .  I believe  Eric has the knowledge  base and the drive to help anyone  reach  their  goal  regardless  of  what  business  one  is in.  Eric's  belief  system  gives him  the strength to do what needs to be done. Without reservation I highly recommend that you take the time to hear Eric Anderson and what he can do for you .

You will be more than pleased with the results.
